Accounts and contact details

If you create a customer account, the website saves your name, email address, password-verification records and marketing preference. You may also provide a phone number and address in your profile. Your password is processed into a verification record rather than saved as plain text.

These details support account sign-in and profile features. Creating an account does not place an order, make a payment or reserve food.

Forms and uploaded photos

Job applications save the contact details, role, availability, experience and message you submit. Help requests can save your contact details, order reference, description of the issue and an optional photo.

These submissions are saved for review by authorized team members. Sending a form does not place an order or guarantee an email response. Include only information needed for your request, and avoid sending payment-card details, passwords or unrelated personal documents.

Browser storage and website operation

Your browser can remember a cart preview, pickup or delivery preference, cookie choice and dismissed help prompt. Sign-in features use session cookies. The website also records limited request-attempt information to help restrict repeated submissions and sign-in attempts.

Links to other services

Instagram, WhatsApp, map links and other external destinations are separate services. Following a link opens that service; its privacy practices apply there. A WhatsApp link may prepare message text, which you can review before sending in WhatsApp.
