Request packages at least 48 hours ahead. For live cooking, request 50-100 guests 14 days ahead and 300+ guests 30 days ahead.
Orders of $250 or more require a 50% deposit after availability and the final total are confirmed.
Halal and vegetarian items are labeled. Bison, alligator and venison are not halal.

Onsite cooking requires venue approval, safe equipment placement and a written quote confirming scope, pricing and deposit.
